Expertly distilled at the internationally awarded James Sedgwick Distillery, this single cask was so rare and limited that it was destined to be brought to life as a limited release by The Inventer.
The single malt spent its first five years in a third-fill ex-bourbon cask, after which it was racked to a seasoned oloroso cask for a final four years.

PALATE
Intense fruit and dark chocolate balanced with oak.
FINISH
Smooth, with long sherry, nutty finish

“This is a favourite of mine. I was looking for a single malt enhanced with a real sherry character.
The spirit here spent almost half of its maturation in an oloroso cask so expect a dark whisky with an intense nuttiness. Just delicious!”
